What we delete

• Profile details tied to that account
• Saved addresses and preferences
• Skin-scan history stored for the account

What we may keep

Order records can stay for tax, fraud prevention, and support, for as long as the law or those records require.

We usually complete a request within 72 hours after we confirm it is yours.
