Pura (“we”) explains here how the Pura app and this website handle information. Pura shares its store and account system with GLO.

What we collect

• Account details you give us, such as your name, phone number, email if you add one, and delivery addresses.
• Orders, cart contents, promo codes, loyalty points, and support messages.
• Skin-scan photos and the results of a scan, when you choose to use that feature.
• Device information needed to send an order or account notification, if you allow notifications.

How we use it

We use this information to run your account, deliver orders, calculate points, show routines, and answer support requests. We do not sell your personal information.
